The analogy to grains of sand vibrating on a plate is good - because the frequencies of ideology shapes the order and direction. Ideology is a product of minds and a strategical tool to obtain goals.
The most destructive and visible ideology is that which comes from the western elite. The Rockefeller and the Rotschilds are central. Their ideology is very simple - they want a monopoly over all we need: Energy, money, food, (medicine, technology, the narrative, culture, history, resources) and through that they will have total control over the masses, which they want to reduce.
Evidence of how they work from top down is very clearly seen in the fact that they create(d) and fund(ed) endless numbers of think tanks, universities, events (revolutions and coup de´tats), the UN, the WHO, NATO, NED, CIA, MI5, MI6, EU, BIS, ECB, FED, Chatham House, Trilateral comission, Frankfurter School, Fabian Society, Interpol, central banking, Tavistock institute etc. AND they have controll over the most important tool to make the grains of sand align as they wish - media, including a large portion of; music, film, magazines, publishing houses etc.
They capture the minds, create the vibrations and IMBED in people meaning they do not realize that they have absorbed and unwittingly move to fulfill. So - yes, it is a small group of people inolved and NO its not just one ideology that is working on us but the by far strongest and most destructive is the western globalists ideology. So it doesnt matter what you believe Mr. Desmet, there is abundant evidence of how that small group of families are working and have been working for centuries on their goals to gain global control. Better read some more history books which are not published by extensions of the families.
