Mr. Trump is supported by the same big donors as the Dems. Like our politicians they play both sides. He talks a message many yearn for. A restoration of freedoms and prosperity free of current constraints. From what I can discern he is like a third world strong man, a lot of bluster that ends in more oppression. Complete reformation of our system needs to come about for real change to occur.

Buddha teaches a goal of freedom from desire by passivity, not by decisive action.
In contrast, Christ, brings God’s gracious kindness to the poor, the sick, the sorrowful, the weak, the suffering. Only with that worldview underlying society can democracy function for good.

I'd like to think it wa because he had a come to Jesus moment but I don't think so. Either way, it's something. Will Trump act out of resentment? I’m betting he won’t.
We fear he might, because every one of us would be filled with resentment if we were subjected to the attacks he’s endured.
That’s precisely the Deep State’s fear. If they were attacked like Trump has been, they’d want blood, and they wouldn’t sleep till they got it.
